1) How long will it take for my order to arrive?

I will be shipping items every Wednesday via USPS. Standard shipping for orders in the US takes 2-5 business days. The range is based on how far we are shipping. We are currently not shipping outside of the US.

 

2) What shipping method do you use?

Shipping for orders in the United States are mailed via USPS Priority Mail. We are currently not shipping outside of the US.

 

3) What is the return policy?

If you have an issue with the order you have received, please email us at Tagyoureitdesign@gmail.com. We will work with you individually on fixing your issue(s). Your satisfaction with our product is our priority. Please be sure to read the washing instructions carefully, we do not accept already washed items back. You may find those directions both on the site and on the shirt tag.

 

4) How do I pay for my order?

Click the "add to cart" button displayed on the product page of your choice. When you are ready to check out, click the shopping cart icon in the top right hand corner of the page. We use Stripe with Squarespace - one of the most secure and trusted online payment interfaces. All major cards are accepted. 

 

5) What is the number on my tag?

Congratulations! You have purchased a limited quantity shirt! For the shirts that have a number on the tag, that means we printed that shirt, in house, in that order (001-100). These designs only have a certain amount out there being sold. For the number(s) that are outside 001-100 range, a few extra prints have been set aside, not to be sold but to be given away! So be on the lookout for contests, posts, and more fun to come!
